The Package teaches the vital understanding of the structure and activities, common to every organization. It analyses the effects of Change in the environment where an organization conducts its affairs.
An organization must stay, constantly, vigilant to changing events that occur beyond its organizational perimeter. To survive, let alone prosper, it must ensure that the correct correlation is maintained between events occurring, outside the organization, and the aims and activities of the jobs being undertaken, within it. Not to do so, is to risk ‘running yesterday’s business’.

- To be able to identify and analyse Change in their Organizational Environments, evaluate its impact and develop suitable plans to respond.
- To be familiar with the structure and characteristics of all organizations and understand how they function to achieve their aims and objectives.
