We are, regularly, selecting training sessions, from our own portfolio, and developing their highly visual and participatory training materials, into complete Training Packages. Because the training sessions have been run, many times, on our ‘live’ assignments, all the Packages have been fully validated.
Our training packages have proved of particular value to:
- Trainers, in small to medium-sized organisations, whose budgets do not run to engaging outside training providers, but who want to deliver superior training.
- Trainers, in large organisations, who deliver their own training programs and have a policy, when the opportunity arises, of adding further quality training sessions, to their program library.
- Line Managers, of all disciplines, with the requisite presentation skills, who would like to deliver ‘off-the-job’ training programs, for their staff.
Session Packages
Each self-contained Session Package provides all the training materials to run a complete session, lasting a full half-day (3 – 4 hours).
The training materials contained, in a typical Session Package, include:
- A Session Leader’s Guide, comprehensively, explaining how to run the Session.
- A graphic and animated Powerpoint presentation, which, both, illustrates and structures the Session.
- Individual and Team Task materials.
- Case Studies.
- Delegate Briefing Notes.
- Team Tutors’ Briefing Notes.
A number of special Practical Exercises are, also, included, in this Category. They qualify, as full Session Packages, because they address their own distinct learning outcomes, require more sophisticated management and informed debriefings.
The total inclusive cost of a Session Package is £75 (or alternative currency equivalent).
Seminar Packages
One of the great strengths, of a Training Package system, is that Packages can be combined, on a ‘mix-and-match’ basis, to create longer training programs. Such programs bring a much greater depth of study to a subject or broaden the scope of their learning outcomes.
Seminar Packages are designed to make this facility easier and more economic to use. We select and combine Session Packages, in appropriately matched pairs, to create one day Seminar Packages. The cost of a Seminar Package has been reduced by >25%, compared to the total cost of its two constituent Session Packages.
The inclusive cost of a Seminar Package is £110 (or alternative currency equivalent).
Briefing Notes
Briefing Notes are an essential component of every Session Package. They provide a detailed summary of the key learning points, together with an analytical examination, of a Package’s study subject. They represent a valuable learning instrument, in their own right.
Reference copies, of the relevant Briefing Notes, are issued to delegates, at the end of each Session.
In a continuing initiative to promote the importance of team effectiveness, team assignments are a consistent feature of all our training programs. For this reason, a copy of ‘Team Tutors’ Briefing Notes’ is included in every Session Package.
The Briefing Notes, for all our Session Packages, are available for purchase, separately, at the inclusive price of £10 per study subject (or alternative currency equivalent).
Prepurchase Sampling
A unique free sampling opportunity is available, to you, on each Session Package’s profile page. As well as the information provided for you, on the profile page, this feature enables you to evaluate the relevance and quality of the training materials, so that you can make informed purchasing decisions.
