Description
The Package provides delegates with the knowledge and skills of ‘Face-to-face’ Communication and further examines people’s essential Needs and Motivation and their impact in the workplace.
There is a direct link between ‘face-to-face’ communication and people’s needs and motivation. We, each, have our own view of the world around us. It is based on a frame of reference that we have constructed for ourselves, often, over many years. This ‘frame of reference’ is composed of our experience, education, beliefs and environment. In effect, it provides our ‘Window on the World’.
When we communicate, messages are, both, sent and received through this ‘Window’. The components, from which it is constructed, strongly influence both, our interpretation of received messages and the nature of those that we send. Accordingly, our own ‘Needs and Motivation’ play a significant part in ‘Face-to-face’ Communication.
