Description
This Session Package defines the theory and explains, in detail, the principles that form the basis of every organization’s structure and function.
Interpreted into practice, these principles are the basis of a generic management model. The model applies, equally, to any organization; International corporations, internal divisions, departments and sections, small businesses, retail stores, social clubs, emergency services, government departments, project teams: Any Organization.
The management model provides managers with a working formula for establishing and managing any organization. It, also, serves as a reference ‘touchstone’, which can be, regularly, re-visited to find answers to organizational issues.
